James O. Ellis Jr., co-chair of the Hoover Project on Taiwan in the Indo-Pacific Region at Stanford University, led a delegation of experts on a visit to Taiwan. President Yun-han Chu arranged a seminar with the delegation, also inviting former premier Yi-huah Jiang, Chairman of the Taipei Forum Su Chi, Chairman of Senhwa Biosciences Inc. Benny Hu, and Professor Szu-yin Ho of the Graduate Institute of International Affairs and Strategic Studies, Tamkang University to meet with the delegation.
